Anti-Fraud Statement
Dear customers,
L’Original London Taiwan will never request your bank account, credit card or other financial information by phone or text message. We will also never instruct you to visit a bank counter, use an ATM or operate online banking.
If You Receive a Suspicious Call or Message
Do not follow instructions from unknown callers or messages. If you have any doubt, contact L’Original London Taiwan through our official customer service channels or call Taiwan’s 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification.
Be especially cautious of unknown calls beginning with “+”, “+2” or “+886”. Scammers may disguise their caller ID or impersonate a company, bank or government agency. Do not open unknown links or accept unfamiliar LINE invitations or text messages.
Common Scam Tactics
Common claims include a duplicated order or an incorrect instalment payment setting, followed by a request to use an ATM or online banking. For any matter involving your bank account, contact your bank directly. Refuse any request to operate your account or disclose personal information.
Protect Your Account
Change your password regularly, use a strong combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers, and avoid signing in on public computers.
